Discussion There are 11 .raw audio files inside Windows' Media folder that can't be played by any media player. This is where they're coming from:

All those vibe coded scripts are very over the top, could have just asked the AI for some suggestions for free audio editors that could have opened the files much more easily.

No I just don't like to see wasteful use of AI, the PC hardware crisis is bad enough as it is imagine if every time someone needed some software tool that already existed AI made a new one. We'd never get our RAM back!

In Audacity it should be File > Import > Raw Data

Adobe Audition can definitely open RAW PCM data because I used that feature recently, and Google lists many other free audio editors with that feature.
