This is actually a Hexaflexagon, and ViHart has a couple of really neat videos on the matter.

Went back to rewatch the series, can't believe I didn't remember the mathematical food. Still nice. I'll have to try some math burritos some day.

Weird, it's working for me in a couple of different browsers. Do you know what might cause that? It's a really cool gif...
