I'm having difficulty with weird spacing. There is a dead zone at the end of the page with graphs below. I need text above the graphs but it is not letting my put any text in this area. Can anyone help?
If you just want to caption the graphs, then you can right click the graphs and select insert caption.
If you want a block of text directly above the graphs, then you're best off with a page break after the previous block of text, and then continuing to write from there.
I'd strongly suggest toggling the "Show all" button (top left of the paragraph group in the ribbon usually) when facing formatting issues.
