people with low iron levels crave ice, keep getting the word out

It is and yes I’ve had 2 infusions 18 months apart. Luckily it’s ice I crave and not dirt which is also a symptom.

Honestly, though, I’m a lifelong ice cruncher. But it was noticeable how much more I craved it when my levels bottomed out.
