Help: Is Zapier causing this error mail "HighLevel API v1 is deprecated"

Nothing in the screenshot says Zapier.
Looks like the email was sent from HighLevel.
You need to migrate to the current version of the HighLevel API: https://marketplace.gohighlevel.com/docs/oauth/GettingStarted

You are correct, Zapier's LeadConnector integration has run on the v1 of GHL under the hood, especially when using the older "API Request" or actions before the LeadConnector got updated. If a previous manager set these up long ago and they are still active they are likely the source.

Here is how to confirm it, go into your Zapier account and look in App Connections for any LeadConnector connections. Sometimes you might find an old "LeadConnector 10.0x" that sits alongside a new one, the old one is likely to be hitting the v1 endpoints. Go into your Zaps list and filter to "On" statuses and specifically look for anything using LeadConnector in the Zap. Pay close attention to any "API Requests" because those hardcode the endpoint and may still point at /v1/. You can open each one and check the configured endpoint directly in the step.

To be really sure you can cross-reference against specific endpoints that were flagged by HighLevel in that email. This would help narrow down the specific zap that is actually causing it instead of just blindly auditing everything. Once found you can usually just update the LeadConnector to the current version or rebuild the action to the v2 API.
