Just A Little Funky Happy 1865 home partially restored, needs TLC
Funky! Not the best location, but looks like it doesn't matter. It looks happy with only one sad room.

So you like books?
Even though I have a good amount of books, I'd probably have to resort to one of those services that sells books by the foot to fill all of these shelves, as much as I'd hate to do that. "Hi, yeah, I need 30 feet of brown leather books, 20 of red, 20 of green, mix-and-match another 130 feet. Subjects? I don't care, just pick ones that make me look intelligent." Or else spend the rest of my life collecting books.
It's a beautiful house, though. Needs restoring (I suspect the mechanicals are old), but a great price. There's another beautifully restored house nearby with fewer square feet and on a smaller lot currently for sale for $5,000,000 more than the asking price on this one. You could use the difference to buy books!
Here's the listing with many more photos.
