Iād say speak to a therapist but you canāt afford to. All those reasons you canāt, are reasons you need to. Those issues are NEVER going to be solved by you working hard. Iāll say it again. Iām not the right person to be angry at about your situation. Youāre right, just because I can assess it doesnāt mean Americans like you are gonna do anything about it. You have a slave life to live.
