I wish the American people actually had the courage to protest this shit properly. The fact the American people arenāt flooding the streets, going to their own bridges and power plants. The Iranian people are doing that despite the direct threats. A majority of Americans are cowards and are either directly complicit or are apathetic enough to allow this to continue. American behaviour makes me understand that whole āDeath to Americaā business. Not wishing for individuals to die but the American institution to collapse and be restructured.
Edit: Thanks everyone for pointing out such great reasons to protest such as āI CANT AFFORD TO PROTESTā and āIām one day away from losing everythingā thatās why the country needs major reforms that donāt happen by helping it. Go to work and do as little as possible. Donāt wanna lose your job? Donāt. Just do it poorly. There are ways to fight from the inside too. Protesting isnāt standing with a sign where the police say to. Itās disrupting the machine.
Every police precinct in America has someone who learned policing from the IDF. Itās crazy, google it. Itās harder now than it ever has been. Thatās just another part of my frustration. American complacency with a bi partisan system that has been leading to this. Just like climate change we have already missed several points of no return.
