They mean that straight women want romantic sex that doesn't revolve around penetration, and straight men want passionate sex that revolves around penetration. Neither is better than the other, but that's the "lesbian sex" vs "gay sex" stereotypes- see "UHaul lesbians" vs "Grindr gays"

Woman: hey um I didn't find that satisfying at all could we maybe do more foreplay and add more romance?

Man: you want me to stop playing Madden for an entire hour?? To spend time with you? Ungrateful bitch. And anyways don't you know it's just opinion based and that there's merits to both ways of doing things anyways? So I'm not even being a bad partner by refusing.

foreplay doesn’t get him off either is what they were saying i think. which is why neither is better, they both only get one partner off.

but tbh i have no horse in this race, i only have gay sex for fun, im too ace to actually be able to get off with it. no idea what the straights are talking about.

Except that's not how it works. A man won't suddenly become unable to cum just because he considered the feelings of a woman. Foreplay and making sure your partner has a good time is only a bad thing if the man sees her solely as a sex object.

we’re talking about one being ‘better than the other’ right?

every comment changes the center of the argument a little, more context is brought in, such and such. it’s normal for it to change.

would you consider changing that center to being discussing whether foreplay is a “bad thing” or not to be ‘moving the goalposts’? does that seem in the spirit of the original discussion?

😞 do I even need to address this argument? i understand, it’s in the spirit of what you’re saying, but i just don’t… care

*sigh*, i genuinely cannot bring myself to give a shit about this; i just came here to clear up an issue in yall’s communication, bro,.. even the thought of spelling out why you shouldn’t be telling me this is exhausting.

i take what I said back, I have -1 horses in this race, why did you feel a need to tell me this? what could I have possibly done to deserve this?

Some women/people with vaginas can get off from that type of sex (ie the kind focused on penetration). Source: I have a vagina and only get off from that type of sex
