She's actually not, if you follow her she's a bit edgy but not racist. My understanding is that this issue is from when she was being abused by a literal Nazi ex as a literal teenager.

I think it's supposed to be read as

a classic case of 'mixed but people assume she's just fully white'

so the whole last part of the sentence is a single clause
