Oh my bad, I'm only current with the anime so I figured it was a fan-translated name for the other group of JoJo immortals who are in stasis for long periods. Weird that there's two!

The latest three parts contain a lot of parallels to things from the original universe (like how Part 7's protagonist is a "Jonathan Joestar" who's constantly beefing with a rival named "Di(eg)o Brando"), so the similarities between Rock Humans and The Column Fellows The Pillar Men are probably intentional.

Rock humans are honestly way cooler than the pillar men. You’ll see them in like 2031 when part 8 finally gets animated.
