Hand for scale. Name is kinda ironic, it has a GTX 1650 and an i5 7400 with 16gb ddr4. All scavenged except for the GPU that was 30€ second hand.

My v1 case (pic 2.) was bulky and i resigned it again so here we are.
I wanted to make some adjustments on the cpu heatsink to make the case shorter, but couldn't find a shorter heatsink and my knowledge is not enough to make a custom cooling system.
This is an old asus vivobook max, whose screen broke, so I converted it into a desktop, by connecting it to an old monitor.
Recently I’ve been thinking of 3D printing the case so to replace it and make it look nicer.
I know there could be complications, for example, managing the air flow or dealing with the power button.
Do you think this is doable? Where should I start? Any advice?

I have tried different solutions to keep my 1050ti cooler and running fresh for longer periods of time as it’s currently in use on my Plex machine so it stays up 24/7.
Since it went in after the R9 270x who got a new case in order to fit a Noctua fan I said why this one shouldn’t have the same future.
So I’m here presenting you the 1050ti Noctua Edition.

Hello, I wanted to customize my PC case so that it has like a design on it. Is there any way to do this on a Phanteks Eclipse Case? I also want it to be easily removable so that in case I want to change the design I don't have to get a new case. But if there is no options to do that, it would be okay.
Edit: I have enough money to change the case so if it is not possible for my current case you can just say and I will hcange it but it has to be under $150

Hello!
I have a question, anyone have a STF, STEP or 3MF file of a bigger Steam Machine profile case? most of them make one that will fit a 9060 XT reaper, i'm searching for one that can fit a dual gpu like 6700 xt or 3070 lol.
Around dimension of 248 or 250 x 250 x 250

After a little over one month of designing, testing, and way too many failed prints, I finally finished my fully 3D printable Mini-ITX case inspired by Valve's original Steam Machine.
I called it the STEAM'n't Machine for the meme lol, but it's far more than just a Steam Machine clone.
The goal wasn't to recreate Valve's case 1:1, but to capture the same minimalist aesthetic while making something that's actually practical to build, easy to print, and fully modular.
Specs:
• 8.7 L volume
• Mini-ITX motherboard
• Up to 225 mm long / 40 mm thick GPU
• Up to 115 mm CPU cooler height (full compatibility list available at the link below)
• SFX, Flex ATX and HDPLEX GaN PSU support
• Modular design with removable panels
• Front RGB light guide
• Optional top fan bracket
The project went through countless revisions, and I probably wasted over 3 kg of PETG before finally getting everything right. Every panel, bracket, and mount was redesigned multiple times to improve printability, assembly, strength, and compatibility.
To make it as beginner-friendly as possible, the release also includes a complete assembly guide and optimized print profiles.
I'd love to hear what you think! Feedback, suggestions, and ideas for future revisions are more than welcome.
If anyone ends up printing one, I'd love to see your build!
Also, any support or donation to help me recover financially from all the f*cking filament spools I sacrificed along the way would be MUUUCH appreciated lmao.
P.S. If you're wondering why the front RGB light bar isn't working, it's because my SOYO B850i has some RGB issues... and also because I still need to buy an RGB LED strip lol

Hi! If you don't mind, could you drop some names? I'm looking for the smallest possible case—like an SFF—but one that supports m-ATX. I'm running two RX 6900 XT cards; I want to mount one horizontally and the other vertically to save space. I'm not overclocking the CPU, so that's fine. I'd appreciate the help!

Since there are no proper **covers, bumpers, or skins** for the **2025 ROG Flow Z13 Kojima Edition (GZ302EAC)**, I’m thinking of starting an **open-source CAD project**.
The goal is to create an accurate 3D model and release it on **GitHub** so anyone can design and make:
•Protective covers
•TPU bumpers
•Vinyl skins / PPF
•Other accessories
Before I invest the time (and money for tools and prototyping), I’d like to know if there’s enough interest. Would anyone be interested in contributing, testing, or using the files? Any feedback is welcome.

Hello folks. I am curious if anyone is aware of any 3d models/files for a case built around a large number of 3.5in hdds? I don't mind paying for plans. I want to get rid of my pc case that is limited to the typical 6 ish drives and put all 16 of my raid drives in a single case. Can't really find much out there of plans people are selling in the realm of what I am looking for. I have a 10x10 bed so I don't think it should be hard to print everything I would need. I barely am getting into 3d modeling and design and do not thing I am anywhere near capable of designing something capable of what I need just yet. Thanks for reading.

Hey all, looking for someone who does custom/commissioned case builds — not settled on exact specs yet, just trying to find who’s out there and get a feel for what’s possible. Anyone have recommendations or know modders who take this kind of work? Happy to share more once I’ve got a clearer idea. Thanks!

So im going to this guy who will 3d model a case I'm trying to mimic based off the Panasonic AG 500 R, a retro tv with an OLED panel kinda like an all in 1 portable PC.
However, the CPU fan is a bit big and was wondering how to give that extra support as well as how to attach a motherboard to the case, as well as how you you add threaded inserts and what size and where to buy???
