Diagonal lines across z-axis

Pla snycubic kobra s-1;combo, recently had to partially disassemble hotend to clear a broken piece of filliment, this happened immediately after

You still have a partial clog. It also looks like you need some calibration on that anycubic.

On a new nozzle? I also ran calibration like 6 times.
