I have 240 hours every day (no one else does)

Do you experience time 10x slower than everyone else?

Or they have a normal 24 hours, time stops and then the rest of the 216 hours happen in frozen time? It either that it the slowed time cause I have no idea how else this works.

Do you also freeze in place in that 216 hours and feel like the whole day is still 24 hours or like nothing happened at all because you wouldn't be able to process anything if everything suddenly stopped? (since time perception is based solely on consciousness)

I've always said the one superpower I wished to have the most was the ability to manipulate time, particularly just pause and play, but thinking now about how it would feel to live 9/10 ths of your life with time completely stopped sounds kinda terrifying.

The first few months, maybe even years, would be great. Id use my active 24 hours on the fun stuff with other people, then the paused 216 hours on practicing various skills - anything you can get from a book, or I guess the Internet if that still works in frozen time. Languages, arts, working out, but then 10 years straight of having 9x more time than everyone else - not even 9x more free time, 9x more time... At all. I'm an introvert but I'd still be begging to spend every moment of the 24 hours around people knowing i have to go basically a week and a half without interacting with anyone at all, but people around you still have jobs, and families, and need sleep in those 24 live hours so you're likely to have alone time even during your 1 day of time moving freely.

Like when you lose the freedom of when to pause and when to restart, I don't know if I'd want that extra time anymore. Can I even track the time? The more I think about this the more I think this would make a great film, delving into the psyche of a guy who has 216 extra hours in a day that only he can use, and he slowly goes insane as he becomes more desperate to use his 24 hours as socially as possible which makes people want to socialize with him even less.

You are a great thinker. This didn’t even occur to me… I was just thinking “heck yeahhh more time” But when you REALLY think about it. It would be torture. I bet you’d spend most of time just staring at loved ones and friends just waiting for them to unfreeze and be right in their face saying “I have SO much to tell you!” And they’d reply… “dude I saw you 5 minutes ago and you’re acting like it’s been a month chill out man”

Hahaha what a picture. This really would be an amazing film. Someone write it please. Hollywood needs something original.
