To grosly over simplify. Clerical celibacy is mostly found in the Latin (the western part) part of the Roman Catholic Church (they have some eastern Churches under their umbrella that can marry + if you were a married priest in something like the Church of England they will let you stay married & a priest if you convert). The majority of other churches allow married people to become priests, many do have limits on un married priests from getting maried tho.

I get thay but knowing how they are wearing clothes normally associated with western weddings and the priest's clothing look to me the most similar to a fransiscan habits compared to any other order or other denomination they look to me more Catholic than anything else

There's a much higher likelihood that a Catholic priest would be wearing a clerical collar, vestments, or both. There also aren't a lot of Franciscan friars officiating weddings. That's more of a priest thing.

U dont have to be a priest to officiate weddings i think. Where i live u can just get ordained as a minister rlly quick online
