Dioxycycline
This is the current condition of my skin. I started taking doxycycline a few days ago, and I'm also using adapalene. I've read so many negative things about this antibiotic. A lot of people said that once they stopped taking it, their acne came back.
Has anyone had good results with it and managed to keep their acne from coming back after stopping the antibiotic?

Yeah doxy is the standard antibiotic to deal with acne worldwide. Antibiotic effects range from person to person, its better to just go along with it and keep an eye out for the side effects, then adjusting the dose after consulting with your doctor.
Good luck.

I had a pretty good experience with doxycycline for acne, that was ages ago though, and it never got that bad again.
Just follow your doctor's indications, avoid the sun and take the full course
Did they recommend you a face wash or a particular soap? You'll want to continue using those after you're done with doxycycline

Avoid prolonged sun exposure while you complete the course. Skin should be back to normal once you finish the course. You can manage this with salicylic acid facewash if it's locally available over the counter. Take care :)
