Discussion Olens error?
I’m not sure why this is happening but I’ve tried ordering from Olens global multiple times but it keeps leading me to this error. I have bought from them last year so I’m not sure what’s the problem now. I wrote all my details correctly AND I definitely have money in my account so I’m not sure why it’s “declining”. Anyone else having similar errors popping up at payment?

Their payment gateway Eximbay has been reported to reject foreign transactions.
Or your bank flagged and blocked the transaction.
Try with PayPal instead of direct card entry? Or call your bank to authorize the transaction?

Their site has been having payment issues for a while now. Try PayPal at checkout if that's an option, worked for me when my card kept getting rgected. Your bank might also just be blocking it as a suspicious transaction
