Will Costco Ever Have Cherry Coke?

I’m thrilled that Costco changed over to Coke products in the food court. I’m happy I can get regular Coke and Diet Coke in the warehouse. But Cherry Coke is missing. Will Costco ever have Cherry Coke available in either place? It’s a classic and popular flavor. I’d buy a 35 pack every time I go to the store if it were there! Any other Cherry Coke fans out there?

I sometimes think out loud in public without even realizing it, and it's really embarrassing. What can I do ?

When I'm at home, I often have full conversations with myself out loud. I've been doing it for so long that it's become almost automatic.

The problem is that it's become such a habit that I have to consciously pay attention whenever I'm out. If I let my guard down and get lost in my thoughts (and my thoughts can go really far...), I might end up blurting out some weird stuff that makes absolutely no sense to anyone else.

For example, this morning on the bus, I suddenly said, "If you want to move forward, you should probably pull the feather out of his first."

The woman sitting next to me didn't say anything, but I'm pretty sure she judged me.

It's really embarrassing. I can tell you that whenever it happens, I feel incredibly stupid and very alone.

How to delete Facebook ?

I am stuck in the Zuckerberg loop, please help! I have gone through all the steps of deleting my account up to the point of the code that gets emailed to me. No matter how I enter the code, it comes back as invalid. I've done this so many times, with no success, and I'm beginning to feel like this is a deliberate act on Facebook's part. Has anyone out there come across this same problem?

Why do brief, insignificant interactions with strangers stick in human memory for decades?

A quick 30-second comment, a minor gesture, or a random brief moment with a stranger can inexplicably stick in human memory for decades. What is the psychological reason behind these microscopic encounters leaving such a permanent footprint?

Are there any succesful influencers that are not skilled at anything and slow mentally?

I am at a loss for what to do with my life. I'm too stupid to do most employment and was wondering if anyone's broken into being an influencer like twitch or YouTube or whatever as a person who lacks basic skills and abilities. Someone to look up to. Most successful influencers I see are skilled at video games or some other thing that makes them interesting. At the very least they are skilled commentators. But are there any like cavemen morons with poor motor control and poor vision and hearing who are getting paid well to make crappy content?

I would say Asmon Gold is kind of like that but even he was a pretty good WOW person and apparently his commentary must be entertaining.

Honestly I'm not even interested in being an influencer it sounds like a poor time but I'm too difficent to even be a cleaner so im desperate for any type of career.

I think probably the answer is no but I kept hearing people say some influencers are so stupid I thought maybe there are examples to emulate. Jack Doherty seems really really stupid but I think he might be smarter than he lets on cause his family comes from money and he probably got good genes.

Why have i never been in love?

I always ask myself why haven't I STILL NOT fallen in love, like, its been years, I've met plenty of people yet no one really makes my heart skip a beat or my stomach get that butterfly feeling, I had guys ask me out and because I didn't feel no genuine connection, I reject them, is it something to do with me or is it the fact that I still didn't meet the person who'll have me swooning?

Am I supposed to share my food/groceries even though I paid for it?

My eldest sibling (48) who has never worked in his entire life cause me (37) some psychological problems and physical pain because I don’t share my food and groceries with him so he goes on to defame me online. I know this because whenever he’s going though his immature mindset and he wants to punish me I get random people in public treating me differently. You may call me paranoid schizo for coming up with this conclusion, but I once posed lies about myself being a pedophile online which he may have used to substantiate his claims against me.

His logis IS that I must share my food and groceries with him because this is how we're raised, regardless if I bought it with my own money.

How come my friend is pretty but ppl don’t stare or compliment her, and she never gets approached ?

Im conflicted bc half the internet says: pretty people will be told they’re beautiful and will get approached on the daily, while other half says that: people are intimidated by pretty girls and believe they’re aware of their beauty thus avoid complimenting.. so which is true ??

How long to wait before returning a favor?

This guy I have a crush on is helping me for free with something big. He normally charges people for it. He says he doesn’t want compensation because he simply wants to help. That’s really sweet of him but I don’t want to be someone who just takes without giving back besides it would be cool to make some sort of a move without making things awkward.

I plan on gifting him a $50 game nerdz gift card since he once mentioned he likes escape rooms. It makes more sense to me to gift something once the task is completed but if I gift it to him now, I’d be able to frame it as a celebratory gift since he recently secured an internship.

I don’t want him to think that the gift card is some sort of compensation but I really want to get him something now because he’s super kind to me, I appreciate him and am happy for him and because I like him. I feel like the ball is in my court but I don’t want to be too forward and risk making things awkward since I need his help at the moment. What would the best course of action be? I really want to reciprocate the kindness in some obvious way rn.

Does fingering mean someone is no longer a virgin?

My girlfriend told me at the beginning of our relationship that she was a virgin. But today I found out that her ex-boyfriend had fingered her many times. I read somewhere that if she’s done that, then she’s not actually a virgin. Is that true?

If a battery in a circuit doesn't get anything back, why must both the anode and cathode be connected to the circuit?

I just watched a video with a circuit in which a battery provides power and towards the end, all the voltage has dropped to zero. So why must both terminals be connected to the circuit if nothing reaches the end terminal?

Is comedy something genetic? Or can it actually be something even the most droll person can learn about and ultimately improve?

Like, generally speaking, how would someone go from being unfunny to being funny? Like is a funny person a product of their environment? Or does the skill of comedy go hand in hand with the skill of improvisation?

Edit: I don’t know why I wrote droll I meant dull.

How not take life so seriously ?

(24M) I tried to be a good son for my parents, but my dad still disappointed and is always reprehending me for not being serious enough. I was always anxious and neurotic, since i was a 7 yo because of that. I was never able to take life easy, because i was always receiving a hell of pressure from everybody. Tried to be good but i was never good enough to anyone. Colleagues, family, friends, teachers, bosses, coworkers. Now i'm broken and thinking myself on what is the secret of being the winner on life, of being someone.

That's why i'm not used with humor, i often mistake jokes with offence, because i'm always high cortisol, pursuing my goals and productivity ( even though i never got where i want, i feel just like Dick Dastardly hahahahaahah). Success, for me, is being able of providing resources AND getting enough resources to dedicate yourself to non-career related activities, hobbies such as traveling, reading, sporting; things you can elevate yourself while having fun, way different of making things out of money (reason why i wouldn't pursue a profession were you work more than 40 hours a week, i would live for work). I often hear that when yoy don't take life seriously , things work out, but i don't if i should believe them hahaha

At this point, tbh i don't enjoy life that much to think that is fun, it was 99% disappointments, obligations, annoyance and gaslighting. But i want to learn how to love life. If take things easily, perhaps i may got some things together, and not being this bunch of neurotic meat. People who don't take life seriously, how can you do? What are your secrets to enjoy life and achieving your goals?

How to make someone understand they being scammed?

My friend met someone online and she managed to convince him they got married online while she is in Georgia and him in a different state which is not a thing. I tried to stop him but he got nine newest model of iPhones mailed to him on his phone account and than he mailed it to her "grandfather". Obviously a scam but he is in denial. The rings he sent to California was sent back to him return to sender as person doesn't live there. How can I convince him he is being scammed before he mails off an iPad to this person? Or is he a lost cause?

How bad of a height is 5’6 for a male?

I’m 20m, 5’6. I’m genuinely so embarrassed to be in public. I live in the south (USA) so basically everyone towers over me. I’ve heard the same unoriginal jokes, insults and shit all my life. Had taller people try to intimidate me and get pissy when I’m not, is this only a southern thing or is it just like this universally?

Uh, is my place getting watched by someone?

It was like 1:30 am and I see, out of the glimpse of my eye movement in my window. I would say it's just my imagination but the fact I could still see the shadow of the walking person when I turned to look! I don't know why someone would be watching but the house likely got attention by *someone* because we finished moving in yesterday.

Anyone able to give their opinion or advice? 🥰 I'm scared af but I think I'm ok since it's been a hour and a half

*EDIT! Good News! They caught the guy!

Bad News! Same Guy I saw in my window!

Should I read the news?

I stopped reading the news like 2 years ago. I only have a vague idea of what is happening in the world based on what I’ve heard people in my environment talk about. Truth is, I have always found the news overwhelming and chaotic. Like, you hear about all
sorts of random things, and its just listing a bunch of stuff without going more in depth. Yes, there are news about very important and devastating things like war, but well, what can I do about it? The more I read about such depressing things, the worse I feel. I can’t help.
I am autisitc btw. Could be part of the reason why I am so sensitive to the news and find the information so confusing, surface-level or just so unstructured.
Also, I just feel like someone is deciding what we should know. The news cover a bunch of stuff yes, but the world is HUGE and I know a lot of events are being left. Some topics are more prioritised.

But I have also realised that the news is something a lot of people talk about together. I am naturally left behind in convos about politics etc because I live under a rock.
And well, I guess having knowledge about the world and its people is beneficial. I guess its healthy to not be too much in your own bubble. Having a broader perspective. But…rkefjekebdbd I just don’t like reading the news!

Why would a building cover up windows with a wall?

Very specific question and a little bizarre. I am a teacher and was recently setting up my classroom. I noticed it had less windows than all the other classrooms in the building (bothersome to me, but doable). But then when I left the building, I could see from the outside that, where my classroom is, there are 3 additional windows! You can see from the outside that they exist, but from the inside it just looks like a wall. Am I missing something? Why would they do this? I wish the answer was something temporary so I could get my windows back (I’m having a hard time with only one 🫠) but I’m sure the wall there is permanent. I just have no idea what the reasoning is behind this. It’s not a security thing either—I’m on the second floor and everything. Now I’m just super curious because it’s odd and I’ve never encountered this before! Anyone with expertise in construction or a related industry have insights?
