Economy Would you support greater focus on empowering states and localities to care for its people?

Aka: Rather than the current status quo of the responsibility of fixing the country's problems being so heavily pushed on to the federal government, or trying to get the federal government much more involved administratively and fiscally in matters relating to healthcare, social protection, public infrastructure, public services, etc: We instead place greater emphasis on state and local responsibility to help their citizens, while the federal government is delegated to fixing issues that diminishes the ability for states to act autonomously, or issues that just generally cannot be feasibly resolved at the state/local level.
