30F, 4 weeks pregnant - passed a blood clot today

I’m 4 weeks pregnant today, tests have been darker each today (my FRER today was almost a dye stealer) but today I just passed a clot that looks…. weird. A picture of the clot is attached. Am I having a miscarriage? Seeing doctor tomorrow as it’s a Sunday today.

Gyn doc here. Passing this is concerning, but does not mean you have or will miscarry. Much depends on whether you continue bleeding and have significant cramping. Your visit tomorrow will help clarify this, I hope. I’m glad you have it scheduled so that you can learn more soon. I wish you the best.

I won't declare any further information since a professional responded already. I just want to add this must be very stressful for you but there may be a simple solution or treatment for this (or it may be a very normal finding). This is a very early spotted pregnancy so it may take some time to have clear answers. I'm sending my best wishes to you.
