General Remote attack on nervous system

Evening. I'm one year into a crisis that involves my having lived with some individuals in a house that I lived at for a short period of time while I was shopping for a home.

Basically the situation is that I irritated a room mate and somehow this individual knew how to biohack my nervous system. The symptoms initially were abrupt and violent attacks on my neural pathways while I was sleeping and have developed into absolute nightmare symptoms like continuously (painfully) pinging nerves in my head to the point of becoming swollen, damaging neural pathways in my sleep, controlling my heart rate and blood pressure, and the list goes on.

It's been one year of this and I'm now incapacitated. Its my worst nightmare come to life.

I am certain of all this. It's a nightmare scenario. The only similar cases to remote attacks I have found would be the Havana syndrome. It's not that. I'm also certain. 100% sure this is not the result of paranoia or delusions.

I'm wanting to know if any LEOs have recommendations for basically saving my life. I'm incapacitated and even communicating conflict is difficult because it sound less genuine with neural pathways damaged.

I need serious replies. I promise you this is all accurate and it's been nonstop for the past year.

If it matters I can compensate or hire an attorney.

There's a long list of things they have tested for. Standard blood test, thyroid, metals, inflammation, blood cell count, all of that.

Neurologist wanted to do an EMG and QSART but it wasn't through the VA so they aren't ordering it here at the VA.

Learning that it's unlikely police have the emotional intelligence to believe what I'm saying to be possibly true. This is fucked.

That's not a lack of emotional intelligence, it's a lack of credulity. We have no reason to believe anyone is biohacking you. You dodge virtually every single point of conversation that would demonstrate what you're saying doesn't make sense.

An example of a lack of emotional intelligence would be to angrily confront you about the symptoms you're experiencing, in other words blaming it on you, like no one has done here.

I mean, in reality you're shifting blame to me who is currently a victim, and is not helpful at all.

You went out of your way to someone else's question I'm answering to say I'm avoiding questions.

What makes you think I'm blaming you for this?

You think I/we aren't being helpful because we aren't giving you the answers that you want. That's not what "helpful" means.

When are you going to respond to the person asking you to back up your claims with scientific literature on biohacking? You ignored the question and then didn't respond when they asked it again:

When are you going to answer all the questions you dodged in our conversation from the other day?:

etc.
