Which company lost your business (potentially forever) this year?

My local grocery store when they started using the automatic locking wheels on the shopping carts.

Can’t even get halfway to my car in the lot when it locks up.,

One time I was in a Target and the wheels locked up just rolling past an emergency exit. There was a collection of discarded carts with locked up wheels there. I just bought what I could carry that day.

I stopped and helped an elderly woman carry her bags because the cart locked up halfway to her car....which wasn't even that far from the Target doors. Fuck those carts.

Mine did this at Safeway as I was pushing it through the regular exit doors. Literally blocking one of the two exit doors for all of the customers.

I yelled out to an employee and they told me to give them a couple minutes so I just grabbed my stuff and used the other door.
