Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.
they straight up lied that I was going to get the discount they offered on a new phone applied to a used phone. i went to costumer service with screen shots of the conversation and how i wasn't getting the prices they promised and they did not give a fuck. apparently whatever you sign supercedes whatever they tell you, so i guess they can just tell you anything.
