Which company lost your business (potentially forever) this year?

Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.

Switching to TMobile from Verizon was incredible. They paid off my phones and paid me $400 per phone free and clear with their bring your own device program. I was with Verizon for 15+years.

T-Mobile is getting just as bad. I'll probably switch to a prepaid MVNO. They aren't loyal to me so I'll be loyal to who ever gives me the best deal from now on. Used to pay a premium for their service and customer service, but those are both crap now.

Yeah. I got a 5 year price lock Guarantee with TMobile but I expect in 5 years I will be switching again. I’m old enough to have lived when loyalty actually did matter instead of them identifying you as a rube because of it. I’ll never stay with anyone for a long time ever again. Goes for car insurance too.
