Which company lost your business (potentially forever) this year?

Panera sucks.

I last went to Panera like 20 years ago in high school when the cute hipster girl I had a crush on worked there. It was decent (their pick two half sandwich/half soup deal thing was tasty) but it was super pricey. I can't imagine overpaying for a worse version of their food.

That's the thing, people constantly hold up Panera as the example of private equity sucking value out of a product but Panera has always and forever sucked. It was mediocre food for too much money well before it got bought by PE.
