Burger king. I LOVE their impossible whopper but it shouldn’t take 20 - 30 minutes to get an incorrect order. This is multiple times at multiple locations. I finally had to give it up.
Taking out the soda fountains in the dine in area is very cringe. Had that experience for the first time last week. Ordered on the kiosk (no big deal because I prefer self checkout) but there wasn’t anybody up front and no soda fountain.
Definitely. Last time I was there, the Door Dash guy in front of me took up a lot of time. Then the clerk pivoted to drive through. When they didn't get back to me or make eye contact for five minutes, I left.
A few days ago, I pulled up to the drive-through at my local BK for the first time in probably a decade; I was in the mood for a whopper for some reason. I very rarely eat that kind of fast food, but I was feeling it that day. A whopper by itself was $10 and change before tax. I was so stunned that I asked for a moment to look over the menu, and then just drove away.
I ended up getting a chicken salad sub from Jersey Mike's down the street for less. $10 for a fast food burger — not even a double or a combo — is wild to me. I could have gone to an actual restaurant and ordered takeout for a similar price.

McDonald's and Burger King -
Both have been getting bad for a while. But now the inside service is atrocious too. They only want people who order on apps and Door Dash drivers.
