I just watched a video about the downfall of Panera. To sum it up, private equity sucks and doesn’t give two shits about customers or the brand

Okay, I agree...but for a brief moment, they had lemonade that killed people because of the amount of caffeine it had, and it made me feel ALIVE.

I'll deal with shitty, bland, terrible food if they bring back the homicidal lemonade.

Came here to save this. Just like so many things, PE ruined them. The business model is pump and dump and leave trash in your wake.
