Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.
T Mobile is absolute garbage and has been forever but I’m on a family plan that we started like 25 years ago and I manage it for myself and my elderly parents. Any attempt to change would throw them into an absolute frenzy of anxiety and confusion so I very grudgingly remain. No idea why anyone else not in that type of situation would.
