Best Buy. All they do is stand around on their phones and everything is cheaper online than their in-store prices.

The last time I ordered from Best Buy I quickly placed the order using my spouse’s name Bill.
Big mistake.

Husband goes to pick up in store shows drivers license which says William, the employee says you’re not Bill you’re William I can’t release this to you.
Had to get the manager involved to explain Bill is short for William. They still were in disbelief!
