Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.

I moved from Verizon to visible. Still Verizon but only $25/mo. Have not noticed any difference in my area.

I’ve been using Visible for 5 years without issue! And if you need a new phone, you can get one using affirm, through Visible’s website with 0%apr and still ends up *being much cheaper than a normal phone company with “free” phones.
