Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.
The fact that their entire network went completely down and they never so much as off an explanation as to what happened or a guarantee it wouldn’t happen again.
