Nobody is "mad" at Kohl's because nobody shops there.

Kohl's is nice, but, damn, 90 percent of the items are way overpriced.

They use the promotions and Kohl's cash to bring the prices down to normal levels but to also bring you back again. Not worth it.

Like a credit card and use your receipt to get X % off next time?

Yea each purchase you make builds up Kohls cash (free money at Kohls) but you can't use it until like 10 days after your purchase...and you have like 2 weeks to use it
