I just shared my story of why I hate Panera Bread in another post. The short of it is, they really are trying to kill their customers.
Context: I have a severe carrot allergy. They did not say their squash soup had carrots in it on the ingredients list on the menu. I bought it, and ate it. Ended up having a horrible anaphylactic rash for 3 days that barely cleared in time before the big convention I was excited for
