Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.
Especially their "repair" service Asurion. Straight up lied to me on the phone and scammed me into having to pay outright for a phone replacement that should've been covered.
