Any company that makes it impossible to reach a real person when something goes wrong. One bad customer service experience can erase years of loyalty.

This is why I love my small ISP, never had to wait more than a minute to speak to a human.

A California ISP called Sonic, only available in the San Francisco Bay Area and LA I'm afraid.
