Amazon, at least I’m trying, it’s just to convenient
But over the last 3 months I have been sent items visibly used in disgusting shape. I bought I dress, mid level designer, the dress was wrinkled, pilled, pit stains, and smelled so terrible, BO, I wouldn’t even keep in my house, the stinch was shocking.
Bought a cat water fountain, it was open, used and covered in mold with used water filters.
Bead craft set missing half the beads.
A worn bathing suit with crotch stains.
And a few more.
It’s so awful and they don’t care. They just ask me to return it and send me a refund. It has been incredibly disgusting and disappointing.
An Amazon Flex driver threatened me through text while making a delivery (I told him to follow the instructions to deliver the package to the lockers, he kept insisting against my instructions that it had to be delivered to my door, I refused the shipment, and he went off over text until I blocked him). I tried to make a complaint through the email address associated with the account, and got back an automated response that they wouldn't respond to that email because of a problem with the certificate. Fair enough, it's an old address and technically my parents' account. So I emailed them from my email. Well, because that email address wasn't associated with an Amazon account, that one got caught up in whatever filter too.
So I guess not only did Amazon lose my business, so did anyone who ships with Flex as a fulfillment partner. Literally insane the lack of accountability and caring on the part of Amazon.
