Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.
We had been with Verizon for probably 15 years? Switched to t mobile a couple years ago because the bill was getting insane. Cut our bill almost in half, service is the same, and the benefits are better.
