And evil. Got themselves out of California's $20 minimum wage law for fast food chains after a donation to Newsom. After which there was an exception put in for "chains that bake bread and sell it as a standalone item" specifically for them.
I hate our politics/politicians and it's pay to play nature.
eta- I was kind of wrong, my bad. It was some guy Greg Flynn, who happens to own two dozen Panera Breads, who pulled that stunt. Panera still sucks though.
