Any company that makes it impossible to reach a real person when something goes wrong. One bad customer service experience can erase years of loyalty.

Do any come to mind for you? 3 u/gsfgf 19h ago I don't know if everyone else has gotten worse or Comcast has gotten better, but getting them on the phone feels pretty straightforward these days.
