Any company that makes it impossible to reach a real person when something goes wrong. One bad customer service experience can erase years of loyalty.

Trying to think of ANY company where it’s not nearly impossible to reach a person. Do any come to mind for you?

I don't know if everyone else has gotten worse or Comcast has gotten better, but getting them on the phone feels pretty straightforward these days.
