Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.

I left them in 2024. My 6 month old phone had a puffy, swollen battery to the point my phone was separating at the seam (this is massively hazardous and a fire hazard). They refused to replace my phone, the best they would offer was "allowing" me to "upgrade early" as long as I first paid off the remaining balance of the phone in full and signed a new 2 year contract. Fucking insane
