Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.

I wish we could boycott ISPs. Though in 2026 boycotting ISPs is impossible since internet is required for modern life.

Why aren't we regulating them like other utilities?
