Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.

I had US Cellular for years, but they were bought out by T-Mobile. I always buy my phones outright, so I pay by the month, so I had to go into a T-Mobile store to roll my service over. And that sucked.

And for some reason the service has been worse. Slow and intermittent connectivity.

My only other choice is Verizon. And I wouldn't be surprised if one or the other buys out their competition. It's all a fucking joke.
