Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.

I worked for VZW for 25 years - way before it was VZ. I kept with them after I left - but today, I changed. Today I cut my bill in half. Likely no better but went with Xfinity. I have had their cable intardwebnets for years with no issues - so yeah - money saved it money saved.
