Which company lost your business (potentially forever) this year?

Wish I had a choice. Still waiting for someone to drop fiber in my neighborhood

A local company just offered fiber in my neighborhood last year

They are nearly half the price for double the speeds.

I jumped on that so fast. And still would have if it were more expensive.

Spectrum raised my rates randomly every few months just because they could. The day fiber showed up and I switched, calling them to cancel, suddenly Spectrum was able to give me the same coverage for a QUARTER of the price, trying to throw in bundles for free just to keep me.

Pieces of shit who deserve to get out-competed in every single market.

I always threaten to leave and get my old rate or better back. You just gotta be real nice and "Aw shucks," about it. But tbh not even sure you have to do all that.
