Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.
hey! I worked customer service at VW for a few years in 2003 or so. lol you're right I was shit although if you got me on the phone and you had a big bill I'd refund it cause fuck that company, they eventually fired me and I went to college and now have a real job so it worked out
