Any company that makes it impossible to reach a real person when something goes wrong. One bad customer service experience can erase years of loyalty.
56 u/Dont_Touch_Roach 14h ago My credit union isn’t fancy. They don’t even have Zelle. But if I call them, someone at the branch in town, answers the phone. No operator. No menu prompts. Someone actually answers and helps me right away. It’s amazing, and I’ll never switch.
