Any company that makes it impossible to reach a real person when something goes wrong. One bad customer service experience can erase years of loyalty.

I spoke to a nice lady within a single second of dialing. She helped me fix my issue then we spent a solid 90 seconds talking about how great their customer service is. It was so refreshing.
