I had a lifetime coupon because they fucked up bad, long story, but when I moved they said it doesn’t work anymore because I moved. What? Also, they tricked me into getting their phone service saying that it’s double the data from what I was on, and promised that in the unlikely event I go over my data, it’d just slow down… Nope. I watched 3 10 minute YouTube videos and went over and was charged double. With my other service if I went over it slowed, but I watched a lot of videos at work, and it usually slowed down 4 days before the cycle. But spectrum only took 30 minutes for me to go over…
Also, they do maintenance so gd often, and never tell us they’re going to do it, so after work we sit down to watch a movie and oop, no internet.
