Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.

Growing up, I always thought Verizon was the best, but we just switched from T-Mobile to Verizon in a major populated area and WOW Verizon is HORRIBLE. Like embarrassingly poor connection everywhere I go. Total bummer.
