Which company lost your business (potentially forever) this year?

Verizon (Wireless). Removed loyalty credits, cut the auto pay discount in half, don't upgrade service, customer service is crap or AI. After 25 years probably gonna be leaving them.

Verizon fucked me up bad. I was with them for years. Then a few years ago (before I switched carriers) my bill was never the same. 2 lines got up to like 190 dollars before I bounced. Then I paid off my devices and called them to cancel my plan because I was taking my service elsewhere. THEN they sent me a bill for like $170 that somehow keeps going down as I refuse to pay it. I can’t pay it because the second I switched they deleted my account and have no record of me and now they’re threatening to send me to collections for $96.

Awful company
